Sports performance training designed to help your player achieve their goals and have them performing at a high-level. Players will go through a movement assessment from which a custom program will be established to emphasize enhancement of specific sports skills as well as balance, core strength and flexibility. Training will be customized to promote strength, power and endurance and will be designed to make the athlete quicker and more explosive. Players will train one day a week with a certified coach at the shed at Friendship Park. Their second workout of the week will be completed at home through an online strength and conditioning software. The at home workouts will be visible on any smartphone or tablet and will allow coaches and players to write notes, watch video demonstrations of exercises as well as track and monitor all of their progress from those workouts. Players will be able to pick their (1 hour) training time slot between the hours of 5pm and 7pm (M-Th) once they register for the clinic.
Stay tuned for upcoming sports performance clinics. Total 90 performance will attempt to run Clinics every Winter and Summer during our soccer athletes offseason periods.
