Our Goalkeeper Training offers position specific training to all goalkeepers involved in our  Elite and Premier programs, as well as offering an introductory program for goalkeepers in our United program. Elite and Premier goalkeepers are provided with approximately two sessions per week, while United goalkeepers receive one session per week (Fall and Spring) in addition to their respective team training sessions during the season. The program also provides:

  • Goalkeeper Periodization
  • Goalkeeper Methodology and Curriculum
  • Goalkeeper Evaluations
  • Goalkeeper Mental Skills

Curriculum

The Keystone FC Goalkeeper curriculum includes individual technical, tactical situations, and position specific development. In select sessions we provide goalkeeping classroom sessions covering analysis, positioning, communication, and more. The Goalkeeper program provides a differentiated challenging,  functional training environment for beginner to advanced goalkeepers. Sessions are developed specifically for our goalkeepers in our various programs (United - Elite - Premier).
