Keystone FC proudly offers additional training opportunities outside of our team and camp settings. These supplemental training opportunities are available to all players within Keystone FC.
Each of our supplemental training will have a curriculum specifically tailored to the focus area of that player. Each curriculum will have some emphasis on technical development as we believe that this is crucial and necessary to succeed at the highest levels. Keystone FC strives to make sure every player who participates in our supplemental training leaves a better player than when the started.
Supplemental Training staff will be comprised of Keystone FC staff, as well as individuals/groups from outside of the club. Keystone FC is takes pride in the quality of the individuals or organizations that we partner with. You can be assured that any staff or individuals/groups that Keystone FC works with will be of the highest quality.
Keystone FC offers a full refund for supplemental training registrations when appropriate notice, of at least 14 days prior to the start of the camp/clinic, is provided. Any requests made for refunds within two weeks of the start date will be issued a credit towards a future Keystone FC program. Any requests for a refund once the supplemental training has begun is left up to the discretion of the Director of Soccer and Director of Camps & Clinics.
Functional Friday occurs in the Fall & Spring seasons. Run and overseen by our Technical Staff. These free sessions focus on functional (position and movement specific) training. Sessions run for approximately 1-hour and are open to Premier and Elite team players. Sessions are typically held in alternating weeks with girls one week and boys the next week.
Goalkeeper Training offers position specific training to all goalkeepers involved in our Elite and Premier programs, as well as offering an introductory program for goalkeepers in our United program. Elite and Premier goalkeepers are provided with approximately two sessions per week, while United goalkeepers receive one session per week (Fall and Spring) in addition to their respective team training sessions during the season.
Keystone FC's Goalkeeper Program is lead by Director of Goalkeeping for Girls, Danielle Alexander, and Director of Goalkeeping for Boys, Cam Avery.
Keystone FC's specialized personal training program consists of individual or a small group of players being coached for one (1) hour at a time by an experienced licensed professional soccer coach. The coach will identify the player’s needs on completion of the 1st session and develop a structured training program which is then used on a weekly basis. Sessions are only available in blocks of 4 sessions, 1 hour per session.
BENEFITS OF INDIVIDUAL & SMALL GROUP TRAINING:
Sessions will be run at one of our facilities. The time and location will be arranged directly with a member of the coaching staff.
