MLS Next

The pinnacle of boys' programming — regional and national competition, Under 13 to Under 19.

About MLS NEXT

The Keystone FC MLS NEXT program is the pinnacle of our boys Under 13–Under 19 programming. The MLS NEXT League is a youth development platform focused on growing the male soccer player as both an athlete and a person. MLS NEXT includes both the Homegrown Division (HD) and Academy Division (AD) — HD operates on a birth-year age grouping, while AD operates on a school-year (8/1–7/31) age group. MLS NEXT requires players to try out and represents the highest level of competition and commitment, with regional and national travel.

  • Top-level coaching with oversight from program-specific Directors of Coaching
  • Individual Development Plans (IDPs) evaluations to track and support growth
  • Comprehensive College Recruiting Program with access to Productive Recruit and monthly College Information Nights for all U15–U19 players
  • Professional Athletic Trainer on site for all MLS Next HD and AD league games
  • All games are filmed and available for review
  • High school-aged teams in the Academy Division are permitted to play high school soccer, beginning club training at the conclusion of their season
  • High school-aged teams in the Homegrown Division are not permitted to play high school soccer

Fees & Uniforms

Fees

MLS NEXT HD and MLS NEXT AD offer flexible payment options: a full-year commitment (August–June). Player fees are all-inclusive of coaching and league play, with no hidden costs — uniforms and travel expenses are paid individually by families.

Keystone FC provides payment plans which split player fees into smaller payments: a commitment fee (due at registration to hold your player's spot) plus team fees, paid either in full or across 5 (full-year) scheduled payments. Commitment fees are non-refundable.

For current pricing, payment plans, and our full fee policy, visit your PlayMetrics registration dashboard or contact us directly.

UNIFORMS

Uniforms are required and purchased separately through our official provider, UniSport. We recommend ordering as soon as you are sent the link for uniform purchase to ensure a timely delivery.
