Keystone FC proudly offers additional training opportunities outside of our team and camp settings.  These supplemental training opportunities are available to all players within Keystone FC with some available to players outside of Keystone FC.

REGISTER FOR SUPP. TRAINING

OVERVIEW

Each of our supplemental training will have a curriculum specifically tailored to the focus area of that player.  Each curriculum will have some emphasis on technical development as we believe that this is crucial and necessary to succeed at the highest levels. Keystone FC strives to make sure every player who participates in our supplemental training leaves a better player than when the started.

COACHING STAFF

Supplemental Training staff will be comprised of Keystone FC staff,  as well as individuals/groups from outside of the club. Keystone FC is takes pride in the quality of the individuals or organizations that we partner with.  You can be assured that any staff or individuals/groups that Keystone FC works with will be of the highest quality.

SUPPLEMENTAL TRAINING REFUND POLICY

 Keystone FC offers a full refund for supplemental training registrations when appropriate notice, of at least 14 days prior to the start of the camp/clinic, is provided.  Any requests made for refunds within two weeks of the start date will be issued a credit towards a future Keystone FC program. Any requests for a refund once the supplemental training has begun is left up to the discretion of the Director of Soccer and Director of Camps & Clinics.

CLUB OFFERINGS 2024-25

  • FUTSAL ACADEMY

    Welcome to the Keystone FC Futsal Academy for the 2024-25 Winter season. This program will be open to players in the U9-U12 age groups (Birth Years: 2013-2016). Each player will receive 8 futsal training sessions (60 minutes in length) which will start in December and run through the middle of February. In addition each player will have the opportunity to participate in up to 3 futsal tournaments with a limited roster (9 players per tournament).


    Training only option will be available on a a limited basis.


    Players from outside of Keystone FC that are interested may register, but will need to be accepted to participate. Players should be playing at an upper travel level to be eligible to join the Futsal Academy.

  • WINTER YDP TRAINING

    Keystone FC Winter YDP Training provides our Under 6 to Under 8 players an opportunity to train and play small-sided games on a bi-weekly basis throughout the winter months. All trainings will be held on Monday or Thursday evenings at Mechanicsburg Brethren in Christ Church (McBic) and are run by our Keystone FC Grassroots Coaches.


    Ages and Dates: TRAINING EVERY OTHER WEEK - MONDAY OR THURSDAY


    U7/8 Girls - 1/13, 1/27, 2/10, 2/24, 3/10

    U7/8 Boys - 1/6, 1/20, 2/3, 2/17, 3/3

    U6 Girls - 1/16, 1/30, 2/13, 2/27, 3/13

    U6 Boys - 1/9, 1/23, 2/6, 2/20, 3/6


    Time: 5:00-6:00PM

    Location: Mechanicsburg Brethren in Christ Church (McBic)

    Level: Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced

    Cost: $65.00



    This 5 week training camp will be run by our Keystone FC Grassroots staff. Group sizes will be limited to 10-12 players per group. The focus of these sessions will be getting players more comfortable with a soccer ball and developing confidence while playing. The training sessions will use technical ball skill drills, along with small sided games to promote learning while having fun playing the game of soccer.


    Spots are limited. 

  • INDIVIDUAL & SMALL GROUP LESSONS

    Keystone FC's specialized personal training program consists of individual or a small group of players being coached for one (1) hour at a time by an experienced licensed professional soccer coach.  The coach will identify the player’s needs on completion of the 1st session and develop a structured training program which is then used on a weekly basis.  Sessions are only available in blocks of 4 sessions, 1 hour per session. 


    BENEFITS OF INDIVIDUAL & SMALL GROUP TRAINING:

    • Improves all aspects of ball control and technique
    • Dedicated time to work on individual needs
    • Improve confidence and self esteem
    • Develops effective players (game intelligence)

    Sessions will be run at one of our facilities. The time and location will be arranged directly with a member of the coaching staff.


    FEES

    • Individual: $240 per player per block of 4 sessions (4 hours total)
    • Group of 2: $150 per player per block of 4 sessions (4 hours/player total)*
    • Group of 4: $95 per player per block of 4 sessions (4 hours/player total)*
    • Group of 6: $80 per player per block of 4 sessions (4 hours/player total)*

    Note: if sessions take place at an indoor facility then facility rental charges may apply as well.

  • GOALKEEPER TRAINING

    Goalkeeper Training offers position specific training to all goalkeepers involved in our  Elite and Premier programs, as well as offering an introductory program for goalkeepers in our United program. Elite and Premier goalkeepers are provided with approximately two sessions per week, while United goalkeepers receive one session per week (Fall and Spring) in addition to their respective team training sessions during the season.


    Keystone FC's Goalkeeper Program is lead by Director of Goalkeeping for Girls, Danielle Alexander, and Director of Goalkeeping for Boys, Cam Avery.
